Barbara is a Project Manager for Capital Partners Group
who possesses more than 20 years of industry experience. Barbara’s exposure includes, but is not limited to: Commercial Lending, Credit Underwriting Manager, Financial Analysis, Training and Development, Negotiation and Management Leadership.
Barbara holds a BA in English and Communications, and an MBA in Business Administration, Certificates of Accomplishment from the Commercial Lending Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Capital Partners Group in 2007, Barbara held a number of senior level positions within banks in the Pittsburgh area.
Team and Leadership Facilitation Experience include:
- Vice President, Relationship Manager who oversaw a commercial loan portfolio of &100MM, consisting of C&I loans, Commercial Real Estate loans, Acquisition, Development and Construction loans.
- Vice President/Credit Analysis Officer whose responsibilities entailed: underwriting and structuring credit proposals, managing five credit analysts, and a voting member of loan approval committee.

- Acquisition Closing, Due Diligence, Operations, Financial Reviews and Corporate Lending.
